Ottawa, Ont. We made it to Dow Cove Marina, next to downtown Ottawa by mid-morning after going through 4 locks, one right after the other. We still have the flight of 8 locks to go, but everyone we asked recomended staying on the upper side if we are looking for a nice place to moor. Bike paths are everywhere and it looks like good bike access to the heart of the city. We plan on spending 2 days here, the first time in 3 weeks we'll stay put in one place for more than a night.
